Tomato and Shrimp Pasta
3 tbsp La Española Garlic infused extra virgin Olive Oil
1/4th kilo cooked Pasta
1/4th cup grated Cheese
1/4th cup Creme
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4th kilo Cherry Tomatoes cut in halves
Palm full of Gyunura (Longevity spinach)
A few leaves of Basil or any spinach
4 Dashes of Italian Seasoning
1/4th Kilo Peeled Shrimp
HERE’S HOW TO MAKE THIS DISH:
In pan drizzle Olive Oil, add cooked ribbon pasta. Add grated cheese then add creme. Put some salt and pour on pretty dish!
Then in pan place Cherry Tomatoes, Gyunura, Basil, salt, Italian Seasoning and Shrimp.
Sautee for about 7 minutes then pour onto pasta!
Gyunura naturally brings down blood sugar and cholesterol levels! So its the perfect pasta dish with great anti inflammatory ingredients, of course with that fab La Española Extra Virgin Garlic Olive Oil. So versatile you can use fish, chicken bits, chori or squid too!
