Recipe for:

Stuffed Herbed Chicken

In pan with extra virgin olive oil sautée

1/2 cup garlic

1/2 cup raisins

1 cup chopped onions

 1 cup chopped celery 

1 cup chopped sausages, bacon or ham

1/2 cup soy sauce

1 1/2 tsp McCormick italian seasoning 

1 1/2 tsp McCormick lemon pepper 

Tip: I just love lemon pepper seasoning to bring out perfect flavor in all my baked and grilled meat! 


Tip: keep celery leaves for garnish 


2 cups cooked adlai 


Tip: Massage soy sauce, lemon pepper and Italian seasoning onto chicken

These wrap around and coat chicken nicely! 


Tip: use banana leaves or wax paper instead of foil 


I cooked this in 1 hour and 45 minutes ! 

Tip: always check for moisture and softness then you know your bird is cooked! 


Tip: keep your old white wines and use for chicken drippings w a touch of flour for perfect gravy!
