1/2 tsp McCormick Garam

1 tsp McCormick turmeric

1 tsp McCormick Curry

1 cup fresh virgin coconut milk (I use fresh coconut milk because it's safer for diabetes)

2 cups water

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup raisin

1 bell pepper

1 cup each assorted sea food

1 cup chicken
