Recipe for:

Sabrina's Sayote Atsara

INGREDIENTS:

Sauté 3 cups shaved sayote (peeled) 

1 cup sliced red onions 

1/4th cup shaved ginger

1 tsp mccormick iodised salt

1 tsp mccormick turmeric 

6 dashes mccormick cayenne 

1/3 cup coco sugar 

And finally 1/2 cup vinegar and 1/2 cup water

 

Tip : adding turmeric to any atsara gives a brighter color and is a healthier probiotic!
