Recipe for:

Sabrina's Moroccan Eggs


La Española Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Lemon)

2 chopped white onions

1 chopped chorizo

1/2 cup ketchup

1/2 cup red wine

1/2 tsp McCormick Spanish Paprika

1/2 tsp Cumin

1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/2 tsp Salt

4-5 Eggs


In a non stick pan drizzle your extra virgin olive oil (I chose to use La Españolas Lemon version for this plate).

Put in your chopped onions, add your spices (Paprika, Cumin and Italian seasoning) and add salt and a touch of pepper.

Then add your chorizo.

In a separate bowl mix your wine and ketchup, then add it to your pan. Once it’s simmering add your eggs, cover and let simmer until egg white is cooked but yolk is still soft.

Slide onto pretty dish and garnish with fresh basil!

Serve with olives, honey and cheese siding.

Dunk your bread and enjoy!
