Recipe for:

Pineapple Chutney

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup chopped onions

1/2 cup sliced ginger

1 cup raisins

2 cups green tomatoes

10 cups chopped fresh pineapples

1 tsp All mccormick spices: turmeric

1/3rd tsp McCormick powdered cloves

1/3rd tsp McCormick Allspice

1/3rd teaspoon McCormick Cayenne

1 tsp McCormick iodised salt

1 1/2 cups coco sugar

2 cups light vinegar

1/2 cup water

 

Sautée everything in pan.

After 25 minutes in low heat, remove and place in sterilized bottle, let cool, seal.. chill and enjoy with any barbecue or curry!!!
