Recipe for:

Pechay Taco Salad

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Kilo Ground Pork, Chicken, or Beer

1 White Onion, chopped

La Española Virgin Basil Infused Olive Oil

1 Pack McCormick Taco Mix

1 Cup Water

1 Cup Tomato Sauce

Salt 

Pepper

Taco Shells or Nachos

2 Heads Pechay, Chopped

Cheese

HERE’S HOW TO MAKE THIS DISH:

 

In pan add olive oil and sauté onion, then add ground meat. Add McCormick Taco Mix, water, tomato sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Mix into meat until cooked, about 8 minutes. Then layer taco shells or nachos on your dish with pechay and meat. Finally grate as much cheese as you want. Yuuuuum!
