Recipe for:

Okra Shrimp Curry

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups fresh virgin coconut milk

1 cup chopped lutya/taro

1/3rd cup chopped garlic

1/3rd cup chopped red onions 

2 tbsp McCormick ground curry blend 

2 tsp coco sugar

1 cup shrimp

1/4th kilo small okra

1/2 cup shredded carrots 

Mccormick iodized salt and pepper to taste 

7 wedges camiguin limes/ Dayap 

 

Let cook on medium heat  for 25 min 

serve on bed of Hineleban Farms gluten free adlai
