Recipe for:

Malunggay Chicken in Yellow Curry

INGREDIENTS:

 

2 whole chickens cut in parts

5 cups malunggay

4 cups fresh coconut milk

3 cups water

2 tbsp McCormick

Garam Masala

1 pack McCormick Yellow Curry

2 tsp turmeric

2 tsp Salt

Garlic

Onions

This combo is great for beef , meat or seafood! 

 

Add a chutney or atsara siding plus some spice and it’s just brilliant!
