Recipe for:

Malasugue (Blue Marlin) Kilawin 

INGREDIENTS:

(Serves 8)

One kilo fresh (skin removed and filleted) 

One cup fresh coconut milk

1/4th cup Filippo Berio virgin olive oil

One teaspoon McCormick ginger 

One teaspoon salt

Juice of 10 calamansi

Juice of 2 lemons or 1/2 cup of vinegar

1/2 teaspoon black pepper 

1/2 teaspoon oregano

One cup chopped tomatoes

One cup chopped red onions 

One teaspoon muscovado 

5 dashes cayenne 


HERE’S HOW TO MAKE THIS DISH:

1. Cut malasugue (blue marlin) in one inch thick cubes

2. In bowl, mix all ingredients together, place on nice serving dish and chill!
