Recipe for:
Leftovers: Chicken Kebabs

INGREDIENTS:
(Mix together)
2 cups Shredded Chicken (you can use any chicken or fish left overs!)
1 cup finely chopped parsley (parsley is highest alkaline chlorophyl packed food!)
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (for good fat)
(To be drizzled in pan)
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sauces:
Dip 1: Tomatoes, calamansi and sili dip
Dip 2: Garlic, Yogurt Aioli
HERE’S HOW TO MAKE THIS DISH:
Mix all ingredients together, don’t be afraid to use your hands!! Roll balls tight. Drizzle your olive oil into very hot non stick pan! Let cook until golden brown on all sides! Place your coco wraps on dish. Place kebabs over wrap, drizzle your dips, fold over with toothpick seal and voila! Healthy easy yummy heaven!
