Herbed Avocado Cheese Dip

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups crushed ripe avocados 

1 tsp iodised salt 

1/2 tsp black pepper 

1 tsp ground oregano

3 tbsp evoo

1 1/2 cup goats or cottage cheese 

No cheese? Use yogurt or sour cream

Instead! 

1 tsp coco sugar

1 tsp vinegar 

Top of with chopped red onions and chips siding! 

Yummmmm! 

Make it fun and colorful and kids will love healthy eating! 

Snacks can’t get healthier than this! 

Tip: adding herbs like ground oregano gives an added freshness and layer of flavor to avocados!
