Healing Turmeric Latte

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups Whole Milk

1 heaping tsp McCormick Turmeric

1/2 tsp McCormick Black Pepper

1 tsp Coco Sugar or Honey


HERE’S HOW TO MAKE THIS DISH:

In pot boil 2 cups of whole milk, 1 heaping tsp of Turmeric and 1/2 tsp of Black Pepper. Add 1 tsp of Coco Sugar or Honey. Let boil then pour into pretty cups! Add another dash of turmeric. Enjoy and sip your way to health! Great pick me up for depression, colds, fever and just blah days!
