Recipe for:

Healing Ginger Tea

INGREDIENTS:

Spicy Version:

Ingredients:

3 Cups Boiling Water

7 Dashes McCormick Cayenne

12 Dashes Turmeric

1/4th cup Shaved Fresh Ginger

2 Tsp Coco Sugar or Honey

2 Calamansi

 

Milder Version:

Ingredients:

3 Cups Boiling Water

4 Dashes McCormick Cayenne

2 Tsp Turmeric

2 Tsp Shaved Fresh Ginger

2 Tsp Coco Sugar or Honey

2 Calamansi

HERE’S HOW TO MAKE THIS TEA:

Boil water, when already boiling put Cayenne, then add Turmeric and then Fresh Ginger. Add sugar or honey. Lastly turn heat off and add juice of calamansi into water. Sip your way to healing!
