Recipe for:

10 Minute Delicious Grilled Chicken

with Lemon Pepper, and Smoked Paprika rub

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken:

1/4th kilo Chicken Breast (boneless)

 

Dry Rub:

1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper

1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning

1/2 tsp Sugar

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Cumin

Wet Ingredients: (also added to bowl)

1/4th cup extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp Calamansi

 

Vegetables: (You can use almost any firm veggies mushroom, beans, asparagus…)

Onions

Tomatoes

Peppers

HERE’S HOW TO MAKE THIS DISH:

Put grill pan on stove to allow to heat. While waiting, mix all dry rub ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix the chicken into dry rub bowl and add Oil and Calamansi. When the grill is ready (must be very hot) place your chicken and grill for about 6-7 minutes. While waiting for your chicken to cook chop chunks of vegetables and dip into dry rub bowl. When your chicken is cooked  remove from pan and cover with foil to keep chicken moist and juicy. Throw vegetables into hot pan. Cook for about 3 minutes. Enjoy!
