Recipe for:

Garam Masala Lentil Dip

INGREDIENTS:

In thick pot with place 1 pack quick cook lentils 

Olive oil drizzle 

2 cups yogurt

6 cups water 

1 whole chopped onion 

1 whole chopped garlic 

1.5 tsp McCormick iodized salt 

2 tsp coco sugar 

7 seeds cardamom 

1 tsp Garam Masala 

2 tsp McCormick turmeric now in singles! 

 

I love turmeric, it adds the perfect earthy indian flavor and color to this lentil dip! 

Plus it’s ohhh so good for you! And brilliant spice in any beans! 

 

Let simmer for 1 hour 15 minutes or till beans soft. Add water if necessary .

Then blend till you get dipping sauce consistency. Add milk if necessary.

 

Then garnish with crispy onions and garlic and enjoy with chips or bread for dipping! Yumm!! 

Brilliant with vino of choice!
