Deep-Fried Baby Bell Peppers and Beans

1/2 Kilo friend espada
1/2 tsp of Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tsp of Oregano
10 small Bell Peppers
1 bunch of French Beans
La Española Classic Olive Oil
Shred 1/2 kilo fried espada into flakes, and place in a bowl.
HERE’S HOW TO MAKE THIS DISH:
Shred fried espada and place in bowl and drizzle with Old Bay and Oregano.
In a pan place La Española Classic Olive Oil, when hot drop in the sliced bell peppers and French beans and fry until skin wrinkles. Remove and place on dish and drizzle espada flakes before serving.
