Recipe for:

Leftovers: Chilli con Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Kilo quick cook Chilli Beans

1/4th Kilo Grilled Chicken

1 whole Onion

Jalapeño

2 whole tomatoes

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp salt

1 tsp chili

1 tsp cumin

1tsp basil

1 tsp sugar

HERE’S HOW TO MAKE THIS DISH:

Soak 1/2 kilo quick cook chilli beans in water for 1 hour. Then in thick pot drizzle in extra virgin olive oil and  drop in grilled chicken, onion, jalapeño and tomatoes. Then put in the Chilli Beans. Add six cups of liquid from soaked beans. Add cumin, chilli, basil, salt and sugar. 

Let boil for another 35-40 minutes medium heat.
