Recipe for:

Alugbati Salad

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup alugbati

1 cup julienned petchay leaves

1/3 rd cup cooked hineleban adlai

Dressing: 

2 tbsp juice of fresh calamansi or any limes 

1 tsp mccormick cumin

3 dashes cayenne

2 tsp coco sugar

1/2 tsp McCormick salt

1/4th cup extra virgin olive oil

Beat till thick and toss onto salad! 

Top off with: 

1/2 cup goat’s or cottage cheese

1/2 cup shredded carrots

And 2 hard boiled eggs!
